Not-For-Profit Pulse Survey - January
2010
The Impact of Changing Demographics on Not-For-Profits
Thank you for your participation in the Association Resource Centre's Canadian Not-for-Profit Pulse Survey for January 2010.
The demographic shift taking place in North America
right now is unprecedented and is going to have a significant impact
on the not-for-profit sector in the years to come. A significant
portion of the population is aging and there is a significant
shortfall in the number of younger generational individuals coming
up the ranks to replace them as not-for-profit staff, volunteers,
members and donors. This survey is designed to probe association
professionals about how they think this phenomenon is going to impact their organizations in the years to come. The survey should only take between 7 and 9 minutes depending on your answers. Note that all of the information you provide will be kept confidential and will only be reported in aggregate
form.
Please answer all questions to the best of your ability by no later than Friday, January 22. Remember, there are no right or wrong answers. Please enter your email address
or create a user name and click [Next] to access the
survey.
A summary of the results of this survey will be made available to participants in the February issue of the Not-For-Profit Pulse. A link will be sent to all participants when the results are ready. Other results will be reported on our blog and resource centre website (www.resources4associations.com).
